Industrial Equipment Training

Problem :

- Time constraints for technical training in manufacturing
- Lack of time due to inability to shut-down manufacturing process for training purposes…. incurring losses

Solution :

- We re-created the manufacturing equipment and entire manufacturing process as a simulation in the VR world
- Created the experience of actually handling the manufacturing equipment in virtual reality
- Engineers now use our VR systems to learn the process
- Following each step of the Standard Operating Procedure of the equipment in virtual world the scope for errors was eliminated

- High potential training as and when required
- Our VR simulation helps them train engineers as required, without hampering ongoing production
- The system also logs and maintains updated training done & analyses engineer efficiency based on the training
